About us

Snapkeep Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales. We specialise in buying, selling and trading Magic: The Gathering singles, sealed product and collections. All items are genuine and accurately described to the best of our ability. 

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, using or purchasing something from www.snapkeep.co.uk you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and it applies to all users of the site. Please read them carefully. 

Ordering

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Once payment is confirmed your order will be processed and dispatched the same day or next working day where possible. If it turns out that we have to cancel or change the order, we can attempt to contact the buyer via email or phone number provided. 

Prices and payments 

Pricing of our product are subject to change at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.

We accept payments via PayPal, bank transfer and other methods as displayed at checkout. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched. You agree to provide complete and accurate account information, email address and billing address.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders same day or next working day following payment confirmation. We recommend tracked shipping for orders over £15. Snapkeep Ltd accepts no liability for loss of untracked shipments once dispatched, though we will always work towards a fair resolution. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. 

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, securely packaged. Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless items are not as described, incorrect or arrive damaged. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item. We do not accept returns on items that have decreased in value after purchase or sealed product that has been opened. To initiate a return please contact info@snapkeep.co.uk before sending any items back.

Selling to Us — Buylist

Our buylist prices are subject to change without notice. If cards are in worse condition than described we reserve the right to adjust the offer accordingly. We reserve the right to decline any purchase at our discretion. By submitting cards to us you confirm you are the legal owner of those cards. 

Intellectual Property

All content on www.snapkeep.co.uk including text, images and logos is the property of Snapkeep Ltd unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any content from this website without our prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Snapkeep Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of our website or products. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of your order. 

Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). 

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
